Summary: Our check in was incredible. We got to check in early, we requested an upgrade and were given a room that was available. They left us a gift in our room for our Babymoon. The staff were exceedingly friendly at every level, and the room servicing was efficient and amazing. We had a wonderful spa day during our stay and our only note there is that it’s only missing a cold plunge. Food was amazing at Brown’s and the breakfast buffet is really good as well as the happy hour —shoutout to Christian at the bar who made us a custom drink and wrote it down so we could request it even when he wasn’t on shift. Great snorkeling with complimentary equipment for 1 hour (which is more than enough to see all the amazing fish, coral, and sea turtles). Very family friendly and we can’t wait to come back with our kids.
